Write down your #1 income goal on a sticky note and put it on your desk.

Choose a single number (e.g., “$10,000/mo”) and a deadline. Place it within your direct line of sight so every micro-action ladders to it. Bonus: add the one funnel you’re prioritizing beneath it.

Write one sentence for an opt-in headline.

Use Promise + Specific Audience + Relief or Timeframe. Example: “Free 3-Step Calm-Down Routine for Wire Fox Terriers (Works in 7 Minutes).”

Search Pinterest for 1 trending pin in your niche and screenshot it.

Scan top results; capture a layout or hook you can borrow. File it in your swipe folder with a one-line note on why it worked.

Send 1 affiliate application or re-apply with a tighter positioning blurb (anti-rejection step).

State your niche, audience number, and the specific angle you bring. Keep it crisp and value-forward. Note the date submitted.

Move one item into the “Today” column on your master to-do.

Pick the smallest high-leverage task. Put it in Today and commit to five minutes, not perfect output.

Delete/archive one “zombie project.”

Close the tab, archive the folder, and reclaim focus. Say: “Not now.”

Create a “Money Funnel” folder and drop relevant files in.

Centralize drafts, notes, images, and offers. Clear workspace, faster publishing.

Set a 5-minute timer and brain-dump every monetization idea.

No judging. Capture raw ideas. Star the top two when the timer ends.

Draft one quiz funnel question.

Make it specific and outcome-based. Example: “How often does your terrier need a fetch break?”

Copy-paste one affiliate link into notes with clear label.

Format: Program | Product | Geo. Add a short benefit note to remember why it converts.

Sketch your funnel: Entry → Value → Offer.

One line: traffic source → lead magnet → nurture → product page. Simplicity beats complexity.

Write a single call-to-action line for email/blog.

Keep it direct: “See the 90-second side-by-side here →”. Paste into your CTA swipe file.

Highlight 3 sentences in a blog draft for a pin caption.

Pick benefit-rich lines under 150 characters. Save as Caption A/B/C.

Copy one Amazon product title into comparison chart draft.

Paste the exact name into Column A. Optionally add warranty/range in Column B.

Turn one eBook paragraph into a blog blurb.

Shrink to 60–90 words: who it’s for, one standout feature, and when to use it.

Add one “warm fuzzy” emoji to a headline.

Use sparingly to draw the eye (🎯 🐶). Test readability; don’t overdo it.

Find one stat/quote for your Trojan Twist article.

Source a credible number that contradicts a common assumption. Save the citation.

Open Bing Ads (or your platform) and review one competitor ad.

Note headline formula and offer. Capture one idea to adapt ethically.

Write down one keyword phrase you’d like to rank for.

Prefer long-tail, purchase-adjacent phrases. Add it to your SEO list.

Join one relevant FB group or subreddit (no posting yet).

Skim 10 posts. Note 3 recurring questions—the raw material for your comparison criteria.

Write one curiosity-driven question to post on social.

Short, specific, answerable. Aim to spark comments you can mine for copy.

Open Google Analytics and note today’s visitor count (baseline).

Record date | sessions | notes. Baselines make improvements visible.

Write down one metric to track daily (e.g., opt-ins).

Pin it at the top of your doc. Measure what moves the money.

Add “Today’s 5-Minute Win” section to your task doc.

Log micro-wins to build streaks. Momentum loves visibility.

Back up one file into OneDrive.

Drag your comparison draft into the project folder. Confirm sync.

Write one affirmation: “Execution beats perfection.”

Say it once; then click one button or type one line. Identity → action.

Take 5 deep breaths repeating: “done is better than perfect.”

4-in, 4-hold, 6-out. Reset the nervous system; resume shipping.

Send a short thank-you to Linda, David, or Pat.

Two lines: what they did + why it helped. Goodwill compounds.

Stand up and say out loud: “I am building cash flow.”

State identity before outcome; then take one tiny revenue step.

Celebrate by checking off today’s step.

Micro-celebrations wire your brain for more progress. Smile and mark it done.
